Taking Care of Feet

  After taking a bath or shower you should thoroughly soak remnants of moisture with a towel and apply a nourishing cream for the feet, better with the extract of sage and linseed oil. The ideal time for the procedure is in the evening, when you can get smoothing effect. It will be, for example, for about 1-1,5 hours before bedtime. Per active ingredients not only penetrate the skin, but also show its effect. What are the criteria for the quality of scrub for feet? First of all it must be the availability of nutritious oils (flax, almonds, sesame). Cosmetic mineral oils are not too valuable; they do not penetrate the skin without performing nutritional function. Cosmetic hand cream with vegetable oils is quickly absorbed, doesn’t leave any traces after applying it. You probably put on your shoes very shortly. Another important criterion is the use of antibacterial components in the recipe. This may be extracts of chamomile, celery, sage. Antibacterial components protect the feet from the spread of bacteria and unpleasant odors.
   Bacteria are the result of some smell. Their growth is activated in a moist environment, so you should keep your feet dry, to effectively prevent a nuisance. First of all, pay attention to how you wash your feet. They must be rinsed with cool water after each procedure. So you reduce the activity of sweat glands. Those who are prone to excessive sweating rinsed feet infusion binding plants (juniper, oak bark and leaves) usually. You can reach smoothing effect. Brew 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons dried herbs 0.5 liters boiling water. Allow to cool down completely. Then dilute with 3-4 liters of cold water and rinse your feet. Such a procedure should be conducted every day at first, and then - increasingly rare (1-2 times per week). Baths and rinsing with decoctions of plants that have cosmetic antibacterial properties (chamomile, sage, eucalyptus) are also helping good. To inhibit sweating during the day one should use foot deodorant. Qualitative deodorant is not just mutes the smell, but also slows perspiration. Mint (menthol - it is the active ingredient) is an effective natural deodorant. Mint inhibits perspiration, cooling the skin. If you wear closed shoes, then before going out treat the skin between your toes with ordinary talcum powder (baby or cosmetic powder). Cosmetic talc absorbs moisture and discourages bacterial growth and the emergence of unpleasant odors.
